 Sydney (VNA)  - GreenAms Robotics Team 6520 of theHanoi-Amsterdam High School for the Gifted are showing their talents in making robotsat the First Robotics Competition which began in Sydney city, Australia, onMarch 12.

The two-day event brings together over 40robotics teams from more than 30 countries worldwide.

TheFirst Robotics Competition is a robotics competition, not a robot-fightingcontest. Its games are designed to be like team sports, and robots are not supposed to beintentionally harmed. 

First Robotics Competitionteams are guided by solid principles of teamwork, graciousness, cooperation,camaraderie and professionalism. The game is always as safe as can be ensured,and students are encouraged to be as friendly with other teams as they are withtheir own.

The first edition of the competition was heldat the Sydney Olympic Park in March 2015.

In the previous competition,the Vietnamese team received the Rookie Inspiration prize.-VNA

National, local traffic safety committees to be dissolved from June 1

Under the dicision, ministries and ministerial-level agencies will assume responsibility for tasks previously performed by the committee, in line with their mandates under the Law on Government Organisation, the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety, the Law on Roads and other relevant legal frameworks, ensuring that traffic safety and order are maintained without disrupiton.
