Vinh Phuc urged to intensify study, implementation of 13th National Party Congress' resolution

The northern province of Vinh Phuc should continue to implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress in association with the implementation of the Politburo's Directive 05 on enhancing the studying and following of President Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality and lifestyle, said Politburo member and Standing member of the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat Vo Van Thuong.

Vinh Phuc (VNA) – The northern province ofVinh Phuc should continue to implement the Resolution of the 13th National PartyCongress in association with the implementation of the Politburo's Directive 05 on enhancing the studying and following ofPresident Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality and lifestyle, said Politburo memberand Standing member of the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat Vo Van Thuong.

Working with provincial leaders on September 25, Thuong saidthat the province should focus on Party rectification and building, while payingmore attention to decentralization and power delegation in pallarel withsupervision, to ensure the smooth and effective operations of the whole system.

He advised Vinh Phuc to evaluate officials through the outcomes of their work, while strengthening the Party leadership oversocio-economic development, strengthening pandemic prevention and control andpromoting economic growth in all fields, especially in the rest of the year.

Alongside, the province should concentrate more on promotingthe role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, local organisations andresidents in Party building.

Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Hoang Thi Thuy Lan valuedThuong’s suggestions, pledging that Vinh Phuc will continue to work hard inimplementing programmes and projects and resolutions to realise the 13th National Party Congress’ Resolution, striving to become a strong locality ineconomy and Party building./.
