Hanoi (VNA) – The Central Committees of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCYU) and the Vietnamese Students' Association (VSA) on December 12 held a virtual meeting with their overseas chapters, the second of its kind this year.
Representatives of the HCYU and VSA chapters overseas updated the central committees on their outstanding activities this year, affirming Vietnamese young people living abroad have been staying united and looking to the homeland.
Together they discussed future plans and put forward recommendations to settle existing issues.
Concluding the event, Secretary of the HCYU Central Committee Nguyen Minh Triet called on the chapters to keep up the good work and come up with more ideas to ramp up youth movements and better connect Vietnamese young people.
