Virtual reality tour to Taiwan launched in Vietnam

HCM City (VNA) – Vietnamese people now can enjoy
a virtual reality tour around Taiwan (China) while riding an exercise bike, using a
VR headset, at California Fitness & Yoga Centres.It is part of the programme “360 VR Experience Taiwan in One Day” initiated by the Tourism Bureau of Taiwan to promote tourism amid the COVI-19 pandemic.
The tourism promotion programme has been run by Taiwan in many countries, given that COVID-19 travel restrictions are still in place.
Chief Representative of the Tourism Bureau of Taiwan in Ho Chi Minh City Derek Chou said Taiwan has been accelerating COVID-19 vaccine rollout and reviving its tourism industry and tourism promotion overseas. The programme aims to introduce Taiwan among Vietnamese people, particularly sport lovers and adventurers./.
