Hanoi (VNA) – The Vietnam News Agency (VNA) has publishedthe Vietnamese-version of the Innovation in Media 2018-2019 World Report.
The 9th edition of Innovation in Magazine Media World Report is producedby FIPP, a global trade association whose purpose is to improve allaspects of the media content industry through the sharing of knowledge, mutualcooperation, and strategic partnerships, in partnership with InnovationMedia Consulting Group.
The Innovation Report covers a wide range of issues from newopportunities in content distribution to monetisation, from top mediatechnologies to new storytelling digital narrative platforms or approaches tofind out the best and most appropriate business models.
The book serves as a useful handbook for media outlets'managers, reporters, editors as well as corporate communications practitionersin a fast changing world.
The Vietnam News Agency, with a network of 63 local bureaux in Vietnam and30 overseas, works in collaboration with various international mediaorganisations to publish high quality journalism, research and trends.
With more than 60 mediaproducts made by more than 1,000 reporters and editors out of theover-2,300-strong staff, the VNA is the press agency with the largest number ofinformation products and forms in the country, from source news in the forms oftext, photo, television, infographics and audio to publications such asdailies, weeklies, magazines, pictorials, books, e-newspapers, websites, onlineand print newspapers, and information on mobile platforms and social networks,among others.
As the key national pressagency for external affairs, the VNA provides domestic and foreign mediaoutlets with news in Vietnamese, Chinese, English, French and Spanish.
