VN’s financial company opens rep. office in Laos

representative office in the Lao capital city of Vientiane on
January 9.

HGCI, a subsidiary of the Hanoi Gold Financial Investment Joint Stock Company, mainly operates in gold trading, real property and securities. It has a chartered capital of 689,000 USD and plans to raise the sum to 5 million USD by the end of 2011.
Addressing the opening ceremony, HGCI’s General Director Nguyen Doan Thang thanked Vientiane authorities for their favourable conditions and support for the company to set up shop in Laos .
With the freshly-inaugurated representative office, HGCI will supply professional financial services to local clients, thereby contributing to the development and prosperity of Laos , he added./.
