The first prizes came to authors from the Dang Cong San(Communist Party of Vietnam) online newspaper, Bac Giang newspaper, and Ly luanChinh tri va Truyen thong (Political Theory and Communication) magazine.
Addressing the ceremony, Sent. Lieut. Trinh Van Quyet, member of the Party CentralCommittee, Vice Chairman of the General Department of Politics of the VietnamPeople’s Army and head of the Steering Committee of the contest, said that the contest had a spillover effect in the country’s socio-politicallife, drawing special attention and response from journalists across thecountry.
This year, the organising board received many workswith new approaches, high quality contents and attractive formats, contributingto enhancing readers’ confidence in the Party’s leadership, he said.
The official emphasised that the contest has shown thatprotecting the Party’s ideological foundation not only means protecting the Party'sPlatform, orientations and policies, but also contributes to protecting theregime and the great revolutionary achievements, while identifying and foilingthe plots of hostile and reactionary forces as well as political opportunitiesto sabotage the revolutionary cause of the Party and people, and criticising signsof deterioration in political ideology, ethics, lifestyle as well as"self-evolution", "self-transformation", contributing tobuilding a strong and clean Party and political system.
At the ceremony, the board launched the fourth edition of thecontest in the 2024-2025 period, the details of which available at Quandoi Nhan dan (People’s Army) online newspaper at qdnd.vn./.
