Accordingto Ho Van Nien, Vice Chairman of the Ba Ria-Vung Tau provincialPeople’s Committee and deputy head of the organising board, the festivaldrew over 400,000 local and foreign visitors to taste dishes. Itconsumed about 100 tonnes of material and processed food.
The event included talks and workshops by well-known speakers, he added.
