World top tennis player gives display

World No.1 tennis player Victoria Azarenka, is to display her skills in Ho Chi Minh City on September 20.
World No.1 tennis player Victoria Azarenka, is to display her skills in Ho Chi Minh City on September 20.

Arrived in the City on September 19, the Belarusian will play in the 2012 Heineken Stars event with three other world-class aces, world No. 13 Dominika Cibulkova of Slovakia , Frenchman Gilles Simon (No. 17) who accompanied Azarenka to Vietnam – and Spaniard Feliciano Lopez (No.31).

Azarenka, 23, secured a bronze in the women's singles and a gold medal in the mixed doubles at the 2012 London Olympics with compatriot Max Mirnyi.

She also won the Australian Open this year. Her other achievements include two mixed doubles grand-slam titles, the 2007 US Open with Mirnyi, and the 2008 French Open with Bob Bryan.-VNA
