Though having a humble appearance, Nguyen Van Thanh (from Thanh Lam, Me Linh district, Hanoi) is a truly remarkable young man. In just 10 years, the youth born in the 1990s has donated blood and platelets 130 times, dedicating his efforts to helping others and contributing to society.
For Thanh, volunteering has become an essential part of his life. Regardless of the weather or distance, he consistently shows up at the Central Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion to donate.
Despite his busy schedule, Thanh always finds time to donate blood on weekends and participate in other charitable activities to support those in need.
