The plan envisages maintaining and improving nursery schools forchildren aged between three and four, and building more nursery schoolsmeeting national standards in disadvantaged districts.
Under the plan, the current rate of children aged 3-4 attending nurseryschools will be maintained while sufficient schools will be built forchildren aged five.
By 2015, the country will have 39,000 pre-school classrooms built withconcrete for children aged five, and provide training for 22,400pre-school teachers./.
