Leaders from 25 law schools of 15 nations in the Asia-Pacific region are gathering at a forum in Ho Chi Minh City on May 13 and 14 to share experiences with the aim of improving training quality.
The Regional Dean Forum is co-hosted by the International Association of Law Schools (IALS) and the University of Economics and Law under the Vietnam National University-Ho Chi Minh City.
Participants will also work out a project on training standards for regional universities.
PhD. Nguyen Tien Dung, Rector of the University of Economics and Law said that the opinions contributed by representatives will benefit law training in Vietnam and the region at large.
The IALS, established in 2005, is a non-profit organisation with the headquarters based in the US.-VNA
