The69-year-old singer-songwriter will perform in Ho Chi Minh City aspart of his Asian tour, which will begin in Taipei , Taiwan ( China), on April 3 and also include stops in Hong Kong, other major cities ofChina , Singapore , Australia , and New Zealand .

Dylan ispopular in Vietnam because of his songs, such as "Blowin' in theWind", "Like a Rolling Stone" and "The Times They Are a-Changin". His“Thee Times They Are a-Changin" was inspirations for the American civilrights and anti-war movements./.

UNESCO Vietnam pays tribute to composer Hoang Van
