Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper made the affirmation on January19 while meeting thousands of Vietnamese people working and living inMississauga city, Ontario province on the occasion of their LunarNew Year.

He expressed his hope that the relationshipbetween Vietnam and Canada will further develop and the Vietnamesecommunity will make more contributions to the development of the NorthAmerican country.
