Binh Phuoc (VNA) – The joint coordination committee of the Cambodia-Laos-Vietnam (CLV) Development Triangle Area will hold its 11th meeting in Vietnam’s southern province of Binh Phuoc from December 14-20.
Participants will discuss the implementation of an agreement on trade promotion and facilitation signed between the three countries.
The meeting’s agenda consists of the 10th meeting of the economic subcommittee, the 10th meeting of the security and foreign affairs subcommittee, the seventh youth forum, the eighth meeting of the social and environmental subcommittee, the 11th forum on trade promotion, investment and tourism and the senior official meeting at the deputy ministerial level.
As part of the event, a trade fair will be held from December 16-19 with nearly 100 pavilions featuring industrial products, handicrafts, farm produce, processed food, fruits, mechanical products, electronics and lighting equipment, among others.
The fair is expected to draw businesses from Laos and Cambodia as well as domestic firms from Kon Tum, Gia Lai, Dak Lak, Dak Nong and Binh Phuoc provinces.-VNA
