Community residences built for the poor

The Vietnam Urban Association and the Asian Coalition for Housing Rights (ACHR) has launched a project to build houses for the poor in the central province of Nghe An.
The Vietnam Urban Association and the Asian Coalition for Housing Rights (ACHR) has launched a project to build houses for the poor in the central province of Nghe An.

Under the projects, 29 households living in a residential quarter in Cua Nam ward, Vinh city, which was built in 1974, will receive interest free loans for 10 years and pay the debts in installments.

Vinh city now has 135 degraded living quarters. It plans to have no ragged houses in 2015./.
