Hai Duong (VNA) - An online conference to connect the health sector of the northern province of Hai Duong with hospitals in the Republic of Korea (RoK) was held by the provincial People’s Committee and the V-Health Social Enterprise for Health Co. on December 17.

In attendance were representatives from the Hai Duong General Hospital, the Hai Duong Lung Hospital, and the Hai Duong Obstetrics Hospital, together with those from leading RoK hospitals such as the Seoul National University Hospital, the Catholic University of Korea St. Mary’s Hospital, the Korea University Anam Hospital, and the Ewha Women’s University Medical Center.

Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Luong Van Cau said the conference is a good opportunity to promote health care cooperation between Hai Duong and medical establishments in the RoK.

It also offers a chance for doctors and medical staff in Hai Duong to learn from the experience of the RoK in the treatment and diagnosis of diseases, thus improving their expertise, he added.
