Addressing the signingceremony, Nguyen Duc Chung, Chairman of the Hanoi People’s Committee said that populousHanoi, as thehealth care hub of the country, considers health care service a crucial area.
The city is working hard toimprove the infrastructure system for the health sector as well as health care staff’sskills, he said, stressing that the affiliation with Pariswill help Hanoidevelop high-quality health care services.
Hanoi has already prepared financial and human resourcesfor the cooperation programme, he revealed.
Meanwhile, Nguyen KhacHien, Director of the municipal Department of Health said that the programmewill help improve infrastructure system and personnel training, and enhance managementcapacity for Hanoi Pediatrics Hospital,the Hanoi Heart Hospital,Emergency Aid Centre and Hanoi Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Florence Veber, Director forInternational Relations of France’s public hospital system APHP, said that Paris has finished theroadmap and plan for coordination for specific and practical affiliation.
She highlighted theimportant role of Hanoileaders in directing sectors and localities to implement the deal.-VNA
