The same day, Chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan cabled a congratulatory message to Aniceto Guterres, who was elected President of the National Parliament of Timor-Leste for the 2017-2021 term.
Also on this occasion, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh extended congratulations to Timor-Leste’s new Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation Aurélio Guterres.-VNA
