A workshop discussing a plan for organising a “festival for peace” in the central province of Quang Tri, took place in local Dong Ha city on December 27, attracting the participation of managers, experts and researchers on culture and history nationwide.
The central province of Quang Tri is striving to attract about 2.3 million visitors in 2020, up 13.6 percent year-on-year, including 188,000 foreigners.
The coastal area of central Quang Tri province has served as an engine for local socio-economic development by luring many investors in leisure tourism, seaports and energy.
