Hanoi (VNA) – Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has decided to impose a disciplinary measure against Nguyen Bac Son due to his violations when he served as Minister of Information and Communications for the 2011-2016 tenure.
Accordingly, in Decision No. 1433/QD-TTg issued on October 26, the PM decided to strip him of the title of former Minister of Information and Communications of the 2011-2016 tenure.
On October 6, the 12th Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee (CPVCC) also took a disciplinary measure against Son, who was former member of the CPVCC, former Secretary of the Party Civil Affairs Committee and former Minister of Information and Communications, by removing him from the posts of member of the 11th CPVCC and Secretary of the Party Civil Affairs Committee of the Ministry of Information and Communications for the 2011-2016 term.-VNA
