Famous Indian rock band to enthrall Hanoi audiences

One of the most popular Indian rock bands, Girish & The Chronicles, will take the stage at the Vietnam Exhibition Centre for Culture and Arts in Hanoi on October 20 as part of their Vietnam tour.
One of the most popular Indian rock bands, Girish & The Chronicles,will take the stage at the Vietnam Exhibition Centre for Culture andArts in Hanoi on October 20 as part of their Vietnam tour.

Foundedin Sikkim state by the well-known rock musician Girish Pradhan in 2009,the band aims to revive and promote various types of rock music, suchas hard rock, slow rock, blue rock and heavy metal.

After touring their home country extensively, the band decided to perform at famous rock festivals at home and abroad.

In2010, the band represented India at the Suncane Skale music festival inMontenegro, Europe, with their debut single “Passing days” holding outin the European charts for several weeks.

The success of thedebut album made Girish & The Chronicles one of India’s mediasensations, resulting in concert tours through India and the rest of theworld.
