Four arrested for disturbing public order in Hanoi
Hanoi police arrested four persons on April 15 for disturbing public security in Dong Tam commune, the outlying district of My Duc.
Illustrative image (Source: Internet) The city’s public security agency said on April 16 that they launched criminal proceedings against the case on March 30.
The move is in line with the Article 245 of the Penal Code 1999.
In the case, several citizens obstructed public security officers in the course of their duty and illegally detained some officers.
Relevant agencies are taking measures to restore public security and social order in Dong Tam commune.-VNA
