General Secretary and President To Lam begins State visit to Canada

General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and President To Lam and a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation arrived in Ottawa on the evening of September 23 (local time), or the morning of September 24 (Hanoi time), beginning a State visit to Canada at the invitation of Governor General of Canada Louise Arbour.
