Grand welcome for General Secretary To Lam in Cambodia

A grand welcome ceremony was held on the morning of February 6 at the Royal Palace in Phnom Penh for Party General Secretary To Lam and the high-ranking Vietnamese delegation during their State visit to the Kingdom of Cambodia. Acting on the authorisation of King Preah Bat Samdech Preah Boromneath Norodom Sihamoni, Samdech Techo Hun Sen presided over the official ceremony.
