A major highlight will be the promotion of "Hanoi Pho" as an intangible cultural heritage, boosting both tourism and the cultural sector in the capital.
The festival will also feature activities such as roundtable discussions on the inclusion of Hanoi Pho in the national intangible cultural heritage list.
A special event, "Ha Thanh Digital Pho," will showcase Hanoi's traditional Pho while embracing technology and digital transformation in Vietnam's culinary industry.
The opening ceremony will take place at 7:00 PM on November 29th at Thong Nhat Park, and the festival will run through December 1./.
