Hue Nam Temple Festival in Hue a draw to visitors

The Hue Nam Temple (also known as Hon Chen Temple) festival was jointly held on on April 4 by the Thua Thien Hue Provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Hue Festival Centre and the Huệ Nam Temple conservation board.
