Hung Yen’s flower village strives to revitalise after storm

Farmers in the Phung Cong flower and ornamental plant village in Van Giang district, in the northern province of Hung Yen have undertaken efforts to restart farming operations after Super Typhoon Yagi hit locality in early September.
