(IZ) in Uong Bi town in the northern coastal province of Quang Ninh.
Located by national highways 10 and 18, the 1 trillion VND (53 million USD) project is designed to attract high-tech businesses. The IZ is expected to attract 1-2 billion USD in foreign direct investment (FDI) and create more than 50,000 jobs for local people involved in import and export activities.
Located in the Hanoi-Hai Phong-Quang Ninh economic triangle, Quang Ninh has given special priority to developing hi-tech industries to restructure its economic sector./.
