Introducing outstanding science and technology products in 2025

The Sao Khue Awards have long recognised and introduced exceptional digital technology platforms, services, and solutions to government agencies, organisations, businesses, and the public.

Hanoi (VNA) - On the morning of January 6 in Hanoi, the Vietnam Software and Information Technology Services Association (VINASA) officially launched the Sao Khue Awards 2025. As one of the most prestigious and long-standing awards in Vietnam's IT industry, the programme aims to honour outstanding products and solutions across nine categories:

1.Government, Administration, and Public Sector – Recognising outstanding IT products, platforms, services, and solutions that enhance management efficiency, governance, and public service quality.

2.Community and Citizens – Honouring solutions that improve culture, quality of life, welfare, healthcare, education, and bridge the digital divide.

3.Enterprise Management – Recognising solutions that optimise business governance, operations, production, and competitiveness across industries.

4.Economy and Industry – Awarding digital solutions that drive automation and enhance management, operations, and competitiveness in key economic and industrial sectors.

5.Market and Consumer Sector – Highlighting IT solutions that boost market development, focusing on rapidly evolving, highly competitive digital sectors.

6.Digital Infrastructure and Technology – Recognising cutting-edge IT and digital infrastructure solutions developed with advanced technologies.

7.Innovation and Startups – Awarding pioneering digital platforms, products, and services leveraging new methods and technologies.

8.New Digital Products and Services – Recognising first-of-its-kind solutions developed by enterprises, creating new market opportunities.

9.Digital Services – Honouring outstanding digital services that accelerate digital transformation.

According to Nguyen Thi Thu Giang, Vice President and General Secretary of VINASA, the 2025 awards will continue the tradition of introducing solutions to over 5,000 IT-applying organisations. This year, greater investment will be made in promotional activities and fostering partnerships for award-winning solutions.

The organising committee will also hold ‘Digital Transformation Roadshows’ across provinces and cities, showcasing digital transformation solutions to local agencies and businesses, with a focus on key industries such as manufacturing, agriculture, and e-commerce, among others.

Winning products will be featured in talk shows and podcasts, where experts will provide in-depth discussions and guidance on trending topics. These efforts aim to enhance visibility and bring award-winning solutions closer to the tech community and end-users.

Additionally, winners will be presented at VINASA’s major tech events and receive support in accessing international markets through around 20 trade promotion delegations, exhibitions, conferences, and international awards.

The Sao Khue Awards 2025 will accept applications exclusively online at https://dangky.giaithuongsaokhue.vn until March 20, 2025.

The award ceremony is scheduled to take place in Hanoi on April 19, 2025, with over 700 high-profile guests, including government representatives, major enterprises, and media agencies./.

HCM City hi-tech park targets tech giants

To date, the SHTP hosts 160 valid investment projects with a total capital of over 12.3 billion USD, including 10.3 billion USD in FDI. Exports from the park have surged dramatically, from just 500 million USD in 2010 to over 20.7 billion USD in 2024.
