Japan ’s ambassador to Vietnam Mitsuo Sakaba on March 8 signed with provincial authorities of Thanh Hoa and Quang Nam agreements on two grant projects with a combined value topping 187,000 USD.
Of the total funding, 97,000 USD will go to the project on constructing water supplying system in Thanh Hoa Agriculture and Forestry School . The remaining 90,345 USD will be provided to construction of a dormitory at Northern Quang Nam Vocational Training School .
Japan has provided nearly 110 million USD to non-refundable aid projects for Vietnam in the fiscal year 2009 which ended on March this year./.
