province of Thua Thien-Hue.
According to an agreement signed on February 26 in Hue city, together with 1.89 million USD provided by the province, the corporation will grant 3 million USD in non-refundable aid to build the schools for three years starting in June.
Ten schools will be built each year with designs supplied by the Japanese Embassy.
From June, AEON will also provide 96,026 USD for a five-year project to plant trees on 34 forest hectares in Lap An lagoon, Phu Loc district.
During the implementation of the project, AEON will send 300 volunteers to plant 68,000 acacias and 18,000 other local trees./.
