More than 300 kites are colouring the sky over the Bien Dong tourist site in the southern costal province of Ba Ria-Vung Tau, taking centre stage at an international festival in the locality.

The festival, which started on March 26, is the second of its kind andhas brought together 69 kite flyers from 24 countries and territoriesin addition to 70 hailing from different parts of Vietnam .

The most fantastic performance is expected to take place in the nightof March 27 with kites scheduled to fly in the air in combination withlight and sound.

A kite show will continue throughout the festival from March 26 to 28./.
