The 1-hectare park will also introduce the culture, life and traditions of ethnic groups in the Lao province of Attapeu.

A section of the legendary Ho Chi Minh trail in Laos , which the Vietnamese People’s Army used to transport thousands of tonnes of ammunition to the South during the Vietnam War, will also be recreated in miniature at the park.

Ounla Sayasith, Director of the Attapeu province Department of Information and Culture, said that building part of the Trail will remind both peoples of the close comradeship they had during the war and the park will become a valued heritage for future generations./.
