State President Tran Dai Quang on September 8 sent a congratulatory message to President of the Presidium of the Supreme People’s Assembly Kim Yong Nam on the 68th Independence Day of the DPRK.

Hanoi (VNA) – State President Tran Dai Quang on September 8 sent a congratulatory message to President of the Presidium of the Supreme People’s Assembly Kim Yong Nam on the 68th Independence Day of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (September 9).

On the occasion, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc also cabled congratulations to his counterpart Pak Pong Ju.
