On the morning of April 15, at the National Convention Center in Hanoi, Party General Secretary To Lam and President Luong Cuong, along with Party General Secretary and President of China Xi Jinping and many senior officials from the two countries, attend the Vietnam-China people-to-people friendship exchange festival and the launching ceremony of the “Red journey” program.
