Monaco assists the disabled, orphans in Kon Tum

A Monaco-based charitable organisation, has pledged 900 million VND to the central highlands province of Kon Tum for next year through the provincial association for disabled people and orphans.
A Monaco-based charitable organisation, has pledged 900 million VND to the central highlands province of Kon Tum for next year through the provincial association for disabled people and orphans.

Under the commitment signed in the province on April 20, 300 million VND will be spent to buy buffalos and cows for the disabled and orphans and the remainder, 600 million VND, will go to the construction of two kindergarten classrooms for two needy communes in Kon Tum city.

Earlier, the Monaco organisation, Mission Enfance, assisted the province in building two kindergarten classrooms, training kindergarten teachers and supporting the poor in Dak Ha district with a total investment of over 850 million VND.

Kon Tum, as of April, has completed three of the four projects at a total cost of 510 million VND.

The organisation will call on donors to carry out the project on improving the quality of kindergarten teachers this year./.
