The Secretary General of the United Nations António Guterres has sent a congratulatory message Nguyen Xuan Phuc on his election as the President of Vietnam.

Hanoi (VNA) - The Secretary General of the UnitedNations, António Guterres, has sent a congratulatory message Nguyen Xuan Phuc onhis election as the State President of Vietnam.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh received a message ofcongratulations from his Mongolian counterpart Luvsannamsrain Oyun-Erdene.

Ceremony held to see off international military delegations after historic parade

At the parade, the military formations of China, Laos and Cambodia left a strong impression.
