NA Standing Committee to hold 39th session

The National Assembly’s (NA) Standing Committee will convene its 39 th session in Hanoi on April 25.
The National Assembly’s (NA) Standing Committee will convene its 39 th session in Hanoi on April 25.

During the three-day event, the committee is scheduled to hear reportson reviewing the ninth session of the 12 th NA and preparations forthe election to the 13 th NA and the People’s Council at all levels forthe 2011-2015 term, as well as give opinions on preparations for theopening session of the 13 th NA.

The committee willalso make comments on a draft Ordinance on Management and Use ofWeapons, Explosives and Support Tools; and a draft Decree on registeringand managing activities of foreign non-governmental organisations inVietnam .

A plan to establish audit departments forthe State Audit Office of Vietnam, as well as the allocation of Statebudget will also be discussed./.
