Scene at the 14th National Assembly's 7th session(Photo: VNA) Hanoi (VNA) – TheNational Assembly adopted a resolution on Question-&-Answer activity and aresolution of the 14th legislature’s 7th session at theclosing meeting in the afternoon of June 14.
The 7th session’sresolution said the NA had completed the working agenda of the session,including the approval of 7 laws and 10 resolutions, and discussions of 9 draftlaws.
The NA also considered theGovernment’s reports making supplementary assessment of the implementation ofthe socio-economic development plans and State budget in 2018 and the firstmonths of 2019, reports summing up opinions and petitions of voters and thepeople, the supervision of the settlement of voters’ petitions submitted to theNA’s 6th session, and other reports on the agenda.
The resolution said the NAacknowledged and highly appreciated the Government’s guidance and drasticimplementation of measures as well as the efforts of ministries, sectors,business community and people from all walks of life to overfulfil thesocio-economic and budget targets in 2018 and achieve positive outcomes in thefirst months of 2019.
The NA required that theGovernment, sectors and all-level administrations to build on the achievementsand closely follow real developments so as to fulfil the socio-economicdevelopment and State budget plans in 2019.-VNA
