Three companies – Tan Binh Import Export Co (TIX), Ba Ria Thermal Power Co (BTP) and Hung Vuong (HVC) – will list shares on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange on Nov. 25.

HCM City-based TIX operates in infrastructure, real estate and financial investment. It has a charter capital of 120 billion VND (7.5 million USD) and will have a reference price of 65,000 VND.

BTP, based in southern coastal Ba Ria-Vung Tau province, will list almost 60.5 million shares, equivalent to a charter capital of 605 billion VND. Its reference is set at 18,000 VND.

Southern Tien Giang province - headquarter HVC, which specialises in aquaculture, seafood processing, animal food production, cold storage and real estate businesses, is a leading exporter of tra and basa catfish. Its reference price will be 50,000 VND.

It will also list about 60 million shares with a total face value of nearly 600 billion VND.

The Hanoi Stock Exchange (HoSE) will welcome on Nov. 26 the PetroVietnam Gas Distribution Joint Stock Company (PGD) to its bourse with 33 million shares (330 billion VND) and a reference price of 56,000 VND.

Also on Nov. 26, the Saigontourist Securities Company will join the HCM Stock Exchange as the latest brokerer. The securities firm also offers investment consultancy and deposit services.

The trading band for the first transaction day for a new listing is 20 percent./.
