New Prime Minister congratulated by Russian, Belarusian counterparts
Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has congratulated his counterpart Nguyen Xuan Phuc on the latter’s election as the leader of the Vietnamese Government.

It is developing dynamically in such spheres as economy – trade, energy, and science – technology. Many win-win cooperation projects are being carried out in an effective fashion, he noted.
He expressed his willingness to cooperate with the Vietnamese leader to consolidate the countries’ comprehensive strategic partnership.
Belarusian PM Andrei Kobyakov also offered congratulations to PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc.
Nguyen Xuan Phuc was elected to the top leadership of the Vietnamese Government during the 11 th session of the 13 th National Assembly on April 7.-VNA
