From now to September 30, a kaleidoscope of attractive events will take place across beaches and mountains in the province.
At present, sixteen tourism packages with preferential prices and quality services are being jointly introduced by tourism businesses. Among them are high-end beach resort and golf products, a package to experience green travel amid nature, and a promotional combo with airline tickets and stays at 4-5 star hotels.
Quang Nam's tourism sector has made an impressive recovery post-pandemic. The total number of visitors in the first five months of this year is estimated at nearly 3.5 million, including more than 1.6 million foreigners, an increase of 30-fold over the same period last year.
Hoi An ancient town is among the most visited destinations in the province. The exceptionally well-preserved example of a South-East Asian trading port dating from the 15th to the 19th century was recognized a World Cultural Heritage site by UNESCO in 1999./.
