The eventincluded dialogues between OVs and municipal authorities on policies topromote the OV community’s potential as well as on investment, trade andservices. The dialogues provided OVs with information on investmentclimate, business opportunities, trade stimuli and new policies of thesouthern economic hub.
Organisers from themunicipal liaison association to OVs said they expected the event wouldhelp attract an increasing number of OVs to invest and open businessback home.
Overseas Vietnamese with successfulbusiness in Vietnam, such as Nguyen Tri Dung from Japan, Do NgocQuynh from Germany and Duong Duc from France, shared theirexperiences with younger generations, dealing with investment climateand overcoming challenges in doing business in Vietnam.
The OVs were also provided with free consultation on applying fornationality, real estate development, investment, businessestablishment, tourism and employment./.
