Panamanian President and spouse visit Temple of Literature

President of the Republic of Panama José Raúl Mulino and his spouse visited the Temple of Literature in Hanoi on the morning of October 6 during their official visit to Vietnam. The historic site is a symbol of Vietnam’s scholarly tradition, respect for learning and teachers, and is home to the country’s first university.
