Addressing the event, Tinh said that digital transformationis a major policy of the Vietnamese Party and State in recent years. In thatcontext, the Ministry of Justice identifies it as an important task thatcontributes to improving the validity and efficiency of its State management as well as the quality of public services.
The ministry has issued digital transformationprogrammes and set out goals to implement the Government's relevantpolicies. To date, all administrative procedures under themanagement of the ministry have been connected to the National Public ServicePortal. This helps to create favourable conditions for people and enterprises andimproves the management and administration capacity of all-level authorities,thus contributing to promoting economic growth and increasing nationalcompetitiveness, he said.
Ramla Khalidi stated that digital transformation can contribute to achievingthe objectives of building a modern and professional justice system that istransparent, accountable, and accessible to everyone.
When being well conceived and designed, electronic justiceinitiatives can effectively expand access to justice for vulnerable individuals andcommunities.
Ambassador Giorgio Aliberti stressed access to justice needsto keep pace with social developments, including digital transformation. Andcoordinated efforts are needed to fully benefit from digital technologies injudicial proceedings, including cross-border judicial cooperation./.
