He is now on his way to the United Kingdom for an official visit.
Right after leaving Rome, Trong sent a message to Napolitano, in which he expressed his belief that the promotion of the Vietnam – Italy relationship to the strategic partnership will serve as a firm foundation to push up the bilateral cooperation for the benefit of the people of each country and for peace, stability, cooperation and development.-VNA
