A programme to educate youngsters on Vietnam’s sacred sovereignty was recently held at the Vietnam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism in Son Tay town, Hanoi, with the participation of many naval soldiers returning from the Truong Sa (Spratly) archipelago.
Returning to land after seven years stationed in the Truong Sa archipelago, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Do The Tuyen is still moved by items on display here.
Through the stories they shared at the event, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Do The Tuyen and his comrades, journalists, and naval soldiers’ spouses expressed their love towards Vietnam’s sacred seas and islands.
The programme aims to preserve and uphold patriotism among Vietnamese people, especially youngsters. –VNA
