Petrolimex arms leading hospital to fight COVID-19

The Vietnam National Petroleum Group (Petrolimex) on April 20 presented medical equipment to Hanoi-based Bach Mai Hospital to help the national-level facility fight the raging COVID-19 pandemic.

Hanoi (VNA)
– The Vietnam National PetroleumGroup (Petrolimex) on April 20 presented medical equipment to Hanoi-based BachMai Hospital to help the national-level facility fight the raging COVID-19 pandemic.

With the equipment, worth 2.47 billion VND (105,400USD), Petrolimex contributed over 14.1 billion VND so far to the combat.

Petrolimex Deputy Director General Nguyen Thanh Sonsaid at the hand-over ceremony that the group has committed to presenting 3billion VND worth of medical supplies to some hospitals in Hanoi to serve the fight.

Notably, Petrolimex staff members have donated one day’ssalary worth a total of over 8.3 billion VND to COVID-19 prevention and controlfunds set up by local Fatherland Front Committees./.
