The book features dozens of Thanh's photos takenbetween 1967 and 1973 at the 17 North Parallel (in the central provinceof Quang Tri) and in the north.

The book is divided into ninetopics, including Tuyen Lua Khu Bon (Fierce Battle of Zone 4); Ha Noi vaHai Phong 12 Ngay Dem (Hanoi and Hai Phong during 12 Days and Nights ofAir Attack by American); Jane Fonda va Ban Be Quoc Te (Jane Fonda andInternational Friends) and Phong Vien Thoi Chien (Journalists in WarTime).

Before it was published in a book in 2010,the collection was displayed in many localities like Hanoi, Ho Chi MinhCity, Can Tho, Soc Trang, Ben Tre and other localities between 2007 and2009, attracting more than 131,000 audiences.-VNA
